Minimum Order Amount
All deliveries require a minimum purchase amount of $500.00. If picking up your order, there is no minimum charge.
Delivery Areas
Rivers Edge Turf delivers domestically within Sydney and the Greater Sydney region, including the Central Coast, Blue Mountains, and Wollongong areas.
We do not offer international delivery at this time.
If you require delivery outside our standard zones, please contact our office on (02) 4579 9009. We can often accommodate deliveries to other regions by arranging additional transport.
Delivery Process
Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm your delivery address, preferred delivery day, and drop-off instructions.
We recommend selecting a preferred delivery day during checkout or when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Important Delivery Information
- Turf must be installed on the day of delivery, especially during hot weather (above 30°C), to ensure product quality.
- Rivers Edge Turf is not responsible for turf that is left uninstalled, unwatered, or inadequately watered after delivery.
- Customers are encouraged to refer to our Turf Maintenance Guide for best results after installation.

- While we guarantee the quality of our turf, we do not take responsibility for incorrectly chosen products.
